SMS Consent & Messaging Terms

Program Description

When you provide your mobile phone number to Closing Jet and opt in, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Closing Jet. These are account- and transaction-related messages tied to your use of the Services and may include: transaction updates and status changes; deadline, contingency, and task reminders; document upload and signature status notifications; briefings about your active transactions; account, security, and login notifications; and responses to your questions and support requests.

Closing Jet is an AI-powered real estate transaction coordination platform and a product of Bright LLC (which also does business as HubLinkPro). Messages are sent to you, our account holder, to help you coordinate your real estate transactions.

How You Opt In

You provide your express written consent to receive text messages when you enter your mobile number and check the consent box during account signup, in your account settings, or where otherwise offered within the Services. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

The consent language presented at opt-in reads: "I agree to receive account- and transaction-related text messages from Closing Jet (Bright LLC) at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions."

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the status of your active transactions.

Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. After you send "STOP," we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us or from you to us. Message frequency varies. These rates are determined by your wireless carrier and the specifics of your mobile plan. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and Information Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as platform and messaging providers, is permitted solely to deliver the Services. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
