Subscription & Billing Agreement

This Subscription & Billing Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your purchase of a paid subscription to Closing Jet. It is entered into between you (the "Subscriber," "you") and Bright LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company that also does business as HubLinkPro and is the provider of Closing Jet ("Company," "we," "us"). By checking the acceptance box and completing checkout, you agree to this Agreement and authorize the recurring charges described below.

This Agreement incorporates and is in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between this Agreement and the Terms & Conditions on billing matters, this Agreement controls.

1. Who You Are Contracting With

Your subscription is with Bright LLC — the legal entity — regardless of the product or brand name (Closing Jet, KnockKnock, or HubLinkPro) under which you signed up. Bright LLC is the provider of the Services and the party that bills you.

2. Subscription and Plan

Your subscription gives you access to Closing Jet on the plan you select at checkout, for the duration of each paid billing period. Plan features and limits are described at the point of sale and may be updated from time to time. Your subscription includes access to the AI assistant, which operates at all times under your supervisory control as described in the "Supervisory Control of the AI Assistant" section of our Terms & Conditions.

3. Fees and Billing Cycle

You agree to pay the subscription fee shown at checkout for your selected plan. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, billing is monthly and all fees are in U.S. dollars. Your subscription fee is charged to the payment method you provide at the start of each billing period.

4. Free Trial (If Offered)

If your plan includes a free trial, your selected payment method will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. The length of any trial is stated at checkout.

5. Automatic Renewal and Recurring Charge Authorization

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period. By accepting this Agreement, you authorize Bright LLC (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis — at the then-current fee for your plan — without requiring further approval for each charge, until you cancel. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

6. Price Changes

We may change subscription fees. We will provide notice of any price change in accordance with applicable law, and changes apply to billing periods beginning after the notice. Your continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, the billing portal, or by contacting support@closingjet.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you retain access until then, and you will not be charged for the following period.

8. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, all subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods after cancellation.

9. Failed Payments

If a charge fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend or terminate your access until payment is received. You remain responsible for any amounts owed.

10. Taxes

Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or similar taxes, which may be added to your charges where required.

11. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Your use of the payment method is also subject to the processor's terms. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, consistent with the Dispute Resolution provisions of our Terms & Conditions.

13. Acceptance

By checking the acceptance box and completing checkout, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Subscription & Billing Agreement, the Terms & Conditions, and the Privacy Policy, and you authorize Bright LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as described above.
